Hoffman Institute
The Hoffman Institute is an international organisation that offers personal development courses for therapeutic purposes, consisting of a seven or eight day residential program conforming to its "Hoffman Quadrinity Process".〔Laura Lian (Holistic Spirituality - Workshop Review of The Hoffman Process ), ''PS-magazine.com'', Jan 17, 2007〕 The Process is based on precepts set by the organisation's founder Bob Hoffman.

The Hoffman Process was founded by Bob Hoffman in 1967〔(Hoffman Institute )〕 and was originally called Fischer-Hoffman Psychic Therapy. Later the name changed to the Fischer-Hoffman Process, named after Hoffman and Siegfried Fischer.〔Hoffman, Robert. ''Getting Divorced from Mother & Dad: The Discoveries of the Fischer-Hoffman Process'', Dutton, 1976〕 Formerly a 13-week program, it was changed to an eight-day format in 1985. In 1990, Tim Laurence and Serena Gordon started the Hoffman Process in the UK with the blessing of Bob Hoffman. In 2014 the original 8-day format became a 7-day format.
